The unique and inspirational encounter between French Jewry immersed in values of modernism, humanism and egalitarianism, and the rich tradition of north African and middle Eastern Jews, shaped a moderate, tolerant and inclusive Judaism.

At its center are social values such as justice, human dignity, and concern for the rights of the vulnerable. Judaism is seen as a family, in which every Jewish person has a part.
